NOTES:
All footnotes should be placed at the end of the article. Kindly refrain from notes at the bottom of the page (if not crucial). Bibliographic references are to be written into the main text - in square brackets: author, year, page: [Stainer 1977b, 345] - according to the bibliographic information.
